Prices and Price Reductions

All prices shown are in Sterling and include VAT.

Postage & Packing

Local Delivery is available within a 12 mile radius of Ingleton. Fresh Food is available for Local Delivery only.
All other items will be shipped via Royal Mail.  Hampers & non fresh food items can be posted to any location across the UK.  Unfortunately, we cannot normally supply goods to addresses outside the UK.

You are welcome to call us during opening hours or contact us by email to discuss your requirements before placing an order, to check its progress or with any queries regarding the delivery of your order. Dispatch

We aim to dispatch ‘in stock’ orders within 3-5 days. We aim to deliver most orders within 7 days of receipt. If we find your requested item is out of stock and we cannot supply it within a few days we will email or telephone you giving you the option to cancel your order, wait or accept an alternative. All items are advertised subject to availability.

We are a small independent retailer so we cannot integrate our shop stock control with our online sales system.  Inevitably, we may therefore sometimes sell out of an item that is still on the website, although we en-devour to manually update on a regular basis.

If we have sold out we cannot always repeat, or supply future stock at the same price. If this ever happens we will inform you by email or telephone. You will then have the option of cancelling your order and receiving a refund or accepting an alternative.

Receipts and Bill

We will include a receipt for the goods with the dispatch. We take great care in packing and posting out goods but should any errors occur they will be corrected as soon as possible.

Country Harvest Taste Guarantee

We have handpicked items which will taste great when they reach your table. As a way of showing our commitment to great tasting food, all our hampers and fresh food items are covered by a taste guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with any product included, let us know and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund for you. In the event that a component of a hamper is not available, we will substitute with a product of similar value.

All items within our hampers have a use by date of 6 weeks or more at the time of dispatch.

If something’s not arrived as it should or you have a complaint

We pack our orders with care to ensure they reach you in perfect condition, however, if your package reaches you not quite as it should, please contact us by emailing [email protected] or call us on 015242 42223 and we’ll happily resolve the problem.

Refunds will be at the discretion of Country Harvest, we’ll need to see your receipt or proof of purchase and the items back in store within 28 days.

Changes in Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice either to meet the requirements of the law or at our discretion.

Statutory Rights

Any contract between us shall be governed by English Law. Your statutory rights cannot be affected by any of the above.
