Coronavirus – A note to our customers
We appreciate that the news of Coronavirus will be worrying all of you. The wellbeing of our customers and staff, many of whom you know, is of paramount importance.
Following government guidance we have shut our Coffee Shop for the foreseeable future and also our Outdoor Living Cabin.
Our Food Hall and Gift Hall remain open. We are taking as many precautions as we can to ensure social distancing, our customer toilets remain well stocked with soap and hot water at all times; we are cleaning and disinfecting throughout the business on a regular basis.
We have lots of fresh food in stock, from freshly made bread (limited to two bread items per customer), fruit and vegetables, butchery and dairy along with staples including flour (limited to one bag per customer) and other provisions.
To help our customers we are now offering a home delivery service. Please ring 015242 42223, option 6 by 4pm to receive your next day delivery. We are concentrating on the local community of Ingleton and Bentham and for those customers our delivery service is free. (On the attached map this is the inner circle).
We will also deliver further afield (see outer circle) for a minimum order of £20. As you can imagine we are very busy so it would really help us if you liaise with friends and family so we can do a series of deliveries in a particular village at the same time. This is a time when we all need to work together.
Please note things are subject to change in accordance with government guidelines and of course, stock levels.
We will have a few bouquets and spring blossoms which we can deliver for Mother’s Day. Please contact Alison Avery on 015242 42223 to discuss.
