Our local delivery service is available within a 6 mile radius of Ingleton. You can place your order online and we will deliver within 48 hours. Our driver will contact you on the phone number you supply to give you an estimated delivery time. We ask that where possible you provide us with a mobile phone number at the time of ordering.
If we find your requested item is out of stock and we cannot supply it within a few days we will email or telephone you giving you the option to cancel your order, wait or accept an alternative. All items are advertised subject to availability. We are a small retailer and we cannot integrate our shop stock control system with our online sales system. Inevitably, we may therefore sometimes sell out of an item that is still on the website. We will update our online shop stock manually on a regular basis to avoid this happening. If we have sold out we cannot always repeat, or supply future stock at the same price. If this ever happens we will inform you by email or telephone. You will then have the option of cancelling your order and receiving a refund or accepting an alternative. We will do our very best to help.
