We were so glad to re-open Country Harvest on July 4th after months of closure due to Covid-19.

To keep you and our staff safe you will notice a number of changes in store, but please be reassured that the most important things – our lovely food, staff and warm welcome – are still here in abundance.

Please note:
We have NEW opening hours of 10am to 4pm to allow for re-stocking. We are trying to ensure as little re-stocking happens during the opening hours to reduce the number of people on our shop floor.

We have a new entrance near the Coffee Shop which will be ‘manned’ by a member of staff where there will also be a hand sanitising station. Numbers of customers inside Country Harvest will be limited.

There will be a one-way system and we encourage everyone to maintain at least 1m social distancing, 2m preferred where at all possible.

We want everyone to be as safe as possible so we ask our customers to help us out by using their common sense. If you wish to wear a face covering please feel free to bring your own but from Friday, July 24th, in accordance with the government ruling, this will be mandatory and face masks must be worn in the Gift Hall and Food Hall.

Please comply. After all, we are all in this together.

Our Coffee Shop will, in accordance with government guidelines, have fewer tables so everyone can observe social distancing. There will also be a reduced menu, but we have tried hard to ensure all your favourites are still on there!
Last hot food orders at 3.30pm.

The toilets will be open and cleaned on the hour.

The Food Hall will have fresh bread and cakes delivered from our bakery in Bentham; meats, dairy, fresh pies, fruit and veg, cheeses and lots of your other foodie treats.

Our clothing fitting room will be closed and we urge customers not to try on jackets, etc unless they seriously want to buy them. Each garment once tried on, and if not purchased, will have to be removed from the shop floor for 72 hours before we can put it on sale again. Please note our Returns Policy of 28 days still stands.

It may sound like lots of changes but we are sure we will all soon get used to this ‘new normal’ and in the meantime our members of staff at the entrance are there to help and answer any questions.
