Are you open Bank Holidays?
Yes. The only days we close are Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day.
What is your returns policy?
You must bring the item into store with your receipt or proof of purchase within 28 days. The following items are excluded from our goodwill returns policy – gift vouchers, food, food gifts, food to order, jewellery, wine and hampers. These products can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights (for example, if they are not fit for purpose, or not as described).
Do you take table bookings for the Coffee Shop?
No, just come along, we should have a table for you.
Do you cater for gluten free and vegetarian?
Yes, in the Coffee Shop, and we stock special dietary products in our Food Hall, including GF bread and cakes etc.
Are you dog friendly?
We only allow assistance dogs into the shop, coffee shop and Christmas cabin, but we have lots of space outdoors for dogs to stretch their legs and join you in the outdoor seating area. We do have Dog poo bins available.
Do you take coaches?
Yes, by prior arrangement, please call us on 015242 42223.
Do you ever open in the evening?
Yes, for bespoke Dine & Shop events for groups or for special food events which we publicise widely.
Is your shop suitable for people in wheelchairs?
Yes. We also have a wheelchair for customers should they require it.
