Prices and Price Reductions
All prices shown are in Sterling and include VAT.

Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and value your custom. We will not send you unsolicited mail. Nor will we pass on your email address to anybody else and you can rest assured we will not use this address except in connection with your order. Our website is not linked to any other site and carries no third party content. The information you provide will not be shared with any third party. If you choose to buy things from us then you will have to give us some information so that we can process your order. This will include your name and the address of where the goods are to be sent. We will need your card details, and, if your card is registered to a different address, we will need this too for security checking. We will also need a fixed line telephone number and email address in case we need to get in touch with you about your order. If you do not want to provide these details to us then, unfortunately, we cannot deal with your order.

Postage and Packing
All hampers are dispatched in our purpose made Country Harvest boxes at a cost of £11.50 to mainland England, Wales and southern Scotland. Prices for Ireland, northern Scotland and overseas are available on request.

Foreign Orders
Unfortunately, we cannot normally supply goods to addresses outside the UK.

Dispatch
We aim to dispatch ‘in stock’ orders within 48 hours. We aim to deliver most orders within 7 days of reciept. If we find your requested item is out of stock and we cannot supply it within a few days we will email or telephone you giving you the option to cancel your order, wait or accept an alternative.
All items are advertised subject to availability. We are a small retailer and do not use electronic stock control so we cannot integrate our online sales with shop sales. Inevitably, we may therefore sometimes sell out of an item that is still on the website. If we have sold out we cannot always repeat, or supply future stock at the same price. If this ever happens we will inform you of the new price by email or telephone before dispatching the goods. You will then have the option of canceling your order. We will only charge your account at the time of dispatch or sufficiently earlier for payment to be cleared – not at the time you place your order.

Receipts and Bills
We will include a receipt for the goods with the dispatch. Any errors in deliveries or charges will be corrected as soon as possible.

Changes in Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice either to meet the requirements of the law or at our discretion.

Statutory Rights
Any contract between us shall be governed by English Law. Your statutory rights cannot be affected by any of the above.
